Hi, I’m Dr. Jenny Jamo
Doctor of Occupational Therapy, movement specialist, and women’s strength coach. I help successful, driven women in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s train smarter, improve mobility, increase energy, and feel confident in their bodies again without chasing extremes or unsustainable trends.


With a clinical background and a deep understanding of how a woman’s body evolves over time, I bridge the gap between science and real life. My coaching blends movement science, functional strength training, mobility work, and smart nutrition strategies to deliver measurable, lasting results.


From nontraditional sports to CrossFit to competitive bodybuilding, I have lived the discipline, structure, and mindset it takes to create transformation physically and mentally. Now I bring that same precision to the women I coach, designing fully personalized training and nutrition plans that fit their lifestyle, schedule, and goals while addressing the real challenges of this stage of life.
