Hi, I’m Dr. Jenny Jamo — a Doctor of Occupational Therapy who helps women train smarter, feel confident in their bodies, and build lasting strength without chasing extremes. With a clinical lens and a deep understanding of the hormonal shifts women face in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, I bridge the gap between science and real life — offering support that goes far beyond the workout.


From nontraditional sports to CrossFit to bodybuilding, I’ve lived the mindset, structure, and strategy it takes to create real change — physically and mentally.


I created StrongHer Foundations to provide sustainable, science-backed fitness and nutrition programs designed for busy women who want to lose fat, build muscle, and feel good in their skin.
