With a clinical background and a deep understanding of how a woman’s body evolves over time, I bridge the gap between science and real life. My coaching blends movement science, functional strength training, mobility work, and smart nutrition strategies to deliver measurable, lasting results.
From nontraditional sports to CrossFit to competitive bodybuilding, I have lived the discipline, structure, and mindset it takes to create transformation physically and mentally.
